Greenland Centre - Set to become one of Sydney's tallest residential towers, this luxurious build will reach new heights of luxury living. Featuring over 470 residences, the tower's upper levels will offer panoramic views embracing the CBD, Hyde Park, Sydney Harbour and the Blue Mountains.

Embelton were tasked with the supply and install of custom designed lateral restraint pads and performing a swimming pool isolation. The main challenge our team faced was with the 41 custom lateral restraint brackets that were designed and manufactured. The lateral restraint brackets were required to be fixed to the underside of the swimming pool and restrained against columns which the XDRP springs were installed upon.

Our specialist flooring team also supplied and installed 18,000m2 of European Oak in a Herringbone and straight plank format, as well as over 3400m2 of carpet in the apartments, and 1930m2 of carpet in the corridors and gym.
