Located in Docklands, Melbourne, this development offers a unique opportunity to bring further diversity and urban lifestyle to this exciting waterfront precinct. Inspired by the Australian native flower, Banksia is the pinnacle of Australian architectural design. The circular floorplan allows for each apartment to view water, city or park, while nautical inspired design has bought the facade to life.
Our specialist team supplied and installed an NXS Lightweight gym floor isolation system. This was required to mitigate vibration from into the residences and neighbouring buildings. Another task that was required of our team was a spa isolation on triple-layer supershearflex pads. Our team faced a small challenge as the shape of them were unique to fit in with the design requirements, however successfully accomplished the job.
