STUDIO & AUDITORIUM FLOORS

Structural isolation of Studios and Auditoriums allows the incorporation of professional performance spaces into areas with adverse noise and vibration characteristics, often due to being located in high density urban areas. A box-in-box solution carries the dual benefit of preventing noise pollution into a performance space, and limiting the transfer out the space which allows multiple spaces to be built in close proximity if desired. Floor performance is typically achieved through the use of a concrete floating floor on single or double deflection rubber mounts. Please contact Embelton for further advice and experience.
