o Responsible for switchboard and incoming calls
o Fielding calls and transferring enquiries to the appropriate staff
o Monthly updating of staff phone lists
o Meet and greet customers
o Distribute mail
o Booking daily pickups with couriers for interstate and international deliveries
o Scanning and filing of all invoices and documents
o Weekly stationery orders
o Printing labels for various products and samples
o Adhoc photocopying, binding, laminating
o Updating excel data bases as needed
o Weekly Coles orders for staff amenities
o General office duties including; preparing meeting rooms, cleaning of kitchen and emptying dishwasher
Customer Service Support
o Assist by taking overflow of inbound customer service calls
o Receive and enter orders
o Offer add on products to orders at every opportunity
o Provide stock checks
o Develop a sound knowledge of all flooring products and accessories
o Communicate delivery status of orders to customers
