Flooring Underlays and Accessories
Embelton offers a range of Flooring underlays including ImpactaMat, one of Australia’s most recognised and trusted acoustic rubber flooring underlays.
Made from recycled rubber, ImpactaMat provides an impact absorbing layer under the flooring surface that acts to deaden annoying surface sounds and reduce their transmission to adjacent rooms or areas.
Specified by leading Australian acoustic consultants, it is widely used in multi-tenanted apartments to meet and exceed stringent BCA regulations, and is suitable for use under tiles, timber, parquetry and all types of floating floors.
ImpactaMat has been fully tested in accordance with Australian Standards ISO 140-7 and 717-2/1996, results of which are available upon request.
